Mount Ranai

     Mount Ranai was located in Ranai Island, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia.This island is about 562 km from the City Tanjungpinang or about 589 km from the city of Batam. The journey to this island can be done by a ship or aircraft. For sea transport, there have been ships on a route Natuna Tanjung Pinang. Mt.Ranai is the highest mount in Natuna district. This mount not only known as place of interest climbing area, local people have mystical guidance about Mt.Ranai. They are believe, if the peak of mt.Ranai seen covered  by thick clouds, the Natuna sea is not to be friendly. Heavy rain, big wave, can be detected by this nature sign. But, if the sky around Mt.Ranai looks bright, that is the sign that the ocean will welcome the fisherman to catch fish.
